The Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs, H. E. Mr. Abdullah A. Alim, has today 27 July 2011, received in audience at the General Secretariat, H. E. Mr. Shigeru Endo, Ambassador of Japan to Saudi Arabia. The two sides had useful and extensive exchange of views on various regional and international issues of common interest. They also examined means and ways to further strengthen OIC-Japan relations. On his part, Ambassador Abdullah Alim appreciated Japanese assistance to many OIC Member States and hoped that the OIC-Japan relationship would grow further in the years to come.
