On October 8, 2023, the Director-General of Cabinet and Senior Advisor to the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Dr. Mahamat Adoum Koulbou paid a visit to the headquarters of the OIC Independent Permanent Commission for Human Rights (IPHRC).
During the visit, Dr. Koulbou met with Professor Dr. Noura bint Zaid Al-Rashoud, IPHRC Executive Director. The two sides emphasized the continued coordination between the OIC and the IPHRC in order to achieve common goals in supporting human rights issues in the Islamic world and around the globe, in accordance with the OIC Charter and the IPHRC Statute.
