OIC General Secretariat Strongly Condemns the Ismailia Terrorist Attack

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned and denounced in the strongest terms the terrorist attack, on Friday, 30/12/ 2022, against a security checkpoint in the city of Ismailia in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The General Secretariat expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims of this heinous operation and to the government and people of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The General Secretariat reaffirmed the OIC full solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt and its support for the efforts of the Egyptian government and the measures it takes to protect the country’s security and stability and to eliminate terrorism and extremism.
