President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, on 8 April 2021 at the Presidential Palace in Baku, decorated Secretary-General Dr Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) with the Dostluq Order (Order of Friendship), recognizing his distinguished service and contribution to strengthening relations between Azerbaijan and the OIC.
