OIC Secretary-General Receives the Secretary-General of the Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad

H.E. the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, received on February 8, 2024, in his office at the headquarters of the General Secretariat, Ambassador Mrs. Alia Yahya Menkouss, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
The meeting discussed cooperation relations between the OIC and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and ways to enhance them.
During the meeting, H.E. the Secretary-General commended the active and constructive role of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, chair of the 49th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM), in achieving the objectives of the OIC and promoting joint Islamic action.
