Secretary-General Receives Lebanon’s Consul-General

Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mr Hissein Brahim Taha, today 19 January 2022 at the General Secretariat, received the Consul-General of the Republic of Lebanon in Jeddah, Mr Walid Minkara.

The Secretary-General commended Lebanon’s role in joint Islamic action and reiterated the OIC’s support for Lebanon and its commitment to the country’s stability and prosperity.

Issues of cooperation between Lebanon and the OIC were reviewed during the meeting.
