The raid also targeted two Civil Defense centers leading to many deaths and injuries.
The OIC Secretary General, Iyad Ameen Madani, denounced the continued killing and mayhem caused by the Syrian regime and its violation of the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement, therefore obstructing the UN’s efforts to find a political solution to the Syrian crisis based on the Geneva 1 communiqué and UNSC resolutions 2258 and 2264. Madani called on the international community to put pressure on the Syrian regime to compel it to respect the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement and concentrate on the political solution as the only way to end the conflict in Syria.
